Shipping Information
Where We Deliver:
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Fees:
- A flat delivery fee of $2.99 applies for orders below $50.
- Free delivery for orders $50 and above.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our nut butters, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us—if there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@simplynut.sg with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
